Preparing easy chicken recipes for your children helps them generally have higher energy levels and are more prepared for studying and learning than those who skip breakfast. So you will have to be careful with cooking breakfast for your kids. There are plenty of easy recipes anyway and it’s alright to be picky.

Harvard researchers found in a study that students who ate breakfast are significantly more attentive in the classroom, scored higher grades in mathematics, and had fewer emotional and behavioral problems. A smart breakfast for students consists of protein, calcium, and fiber that provide the body with lots of energy to start the day and keep the body from crashing.
